Booking an appointment

This can be done over the phone by calling 07950440447. Every treatment appointment includes a consultation free of charge. You may choose to book a consultation without treatment, the cost of the consultation is redeemable toward the cost of treatment if the treatment is booked within a month.  

Please note that Dr. Khalifa provides services to the following postcodes: SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW11, W1, W2, W4, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11,W12, NW3, NW6, NW8, WC1. If you live outside of these postcodes and you would like to have more than one treatment done, or multiple clients would like to have treatments done, please get in touch.

Consultation

You will be greeted by Dr Khalifa upon arrival to your home. Dr Khalifa will be bringing the clinic to you at home which includes the treatment chair, lighting, and all products. You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire, this is to give Dr Khalifa a better understanding of your overall health. You will then have a consultation, this is where you discuss your concerns, treatment options and your expectations. Dr. Khalifa will then assess the areas of your concern and provide you with a bespoke treatment plan. The treatment will be explained to you in detail including maintenance and cost of treatment. Dr. Khalifa will then happily answer any questions you may have.

Consent

After your consultation, once you have made an informed decision and agreed to treatment, Dr Khalifa will then go through a consent with you. This will be to explain the procedure in detail, including side effects, complications and possible alternatives. You will be asked to read through it as well and sign the consent form that you have read and understood the information given to you.

Patch testing

For dissolving fillers a patch test is requires 20minutes prior to treatment. This is to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction. The patch test is done on the forearm, where 2 very small amounts of hyaluronidase and saline are injected under the skin. The hyaluronidase injection point is then compared to the saline (which is a control) to check for a reaction.

Treatment

After your consent, Dr. Khalifa will set up the treatment area. During the treatment you will be kept informed. In the case of fillers, you will be allowed look at a hand held mirror in between the treatment to check. Dr. Khalifa likes to include her patients in the process and welcomes feedback as long as it does not compromise patient safety.

Photography

It is our policy that all patients are photographed before and after treatment. This is confidential and not used for marketing. These photographs are important to document the patients baseline and assessing the effectiveness of treatment.

Some patients are happy for photographs of treatment to be used for marketing or social media but this is only done after receiving consent from the patient. The patient will always be shown the photo that is intended to be used to make sure they are happy for them to be used.

Aftercare

After your treatment, Dr. Khalifa will give you the information you need to look after the area that has been treated. This will be verbal and it will also be sent to you, to refer back to when you need it. Dr. Khalifa will be in touch to check your progress and offer follow up if necessary.
